Hi!  I’m Tracy.

Tracy Coan

If I could share only one thing with you, it would be my favorite quote by Joseph Campbell – “The privilege of a lifetime is being who you are.”  I believe that with my whole heart.

I am wildly passionate about helping others understand and believe that they are worthy and enough.  I believe Everyone has greatness within them and the world is a much better place when you live as the Real You and not someone else’s version of who you “should” be.   When you can do that, you begin changing the world.

Professionally, I am a Life Coach, Artist, and Workshop Guide. My best advice to you would always be to choose to act from a place of love.

I believe in Peace and Love. I believe there is room for all of us here and that your journey doesn’t have to match mine to be important and valid.

I try out lots of ideas.  Some work, some don’t.  I choose not to spend precious time wondering what might have happened if only I had given it a shot.  I’d much rather try something, decide it’s not for me, and toss it, than to wish I had.

I believe there is Greatness within each of Us.  Not just some of us, but All of Us.  Sometimes it is buried deeper in some than others.  Yours is there, trust me.

  • Superficial chatter is not my forte.
  • I would much rather dive into the deep stuff right off the bat.
  • Tell me who you are behind your mask.
  • Tell me what you believe.
  • Share your story with me.  What’s it like being you? I’m all ears.

I am enough, and so are You.

For much of my life I believed people who told me I wasn’t good enough, strong enough, thin enough, smart enough, worth their time, and/or didn’t make enough money.
Those days are long gone.
I discovered they were wrong.
I *am* enough.  And so are You.

Each time I work with a client I feel honored and inspired.  Being invited to walk with you for part of your journey is a huge gift and privilege to me.   Thank you for that opportunity!

I’ve been married and divorced more than once.

When they were infants, both of my children had life-threatening illnesses.  Those experiences changed everything for me and about me.

Cliff Coan

My husband, Cliff, is the love of my life.  He’s my rock and my stability. He handles much of the tech stuff for our business, allowing me to run wild with the creative side.

Between us we have five amazing, creative, wonderful adult kiddos (plus awesome significant others), three dogs (ranch managers), two cats (production assistants), and two llamas (entertainment committee). I’ve asked for a giraffe and an elephant but so far Cliff’s not too keen on either one.

My kiddos taught me how to really live, laugh, love, and take chances.  They inspire me all the time. Always have and always will. They are amazing people.  I do believe they hung the moon and the stars!

My mom taught me how to be strong, resourceful, and compassionate.  She also taught me to take action. The most powerful question she ever asked me was “So, what are you going to do about it?” when I was on a rant about an injustice I had seen.

The Taos, New Mexico, area is our favorite vacation place.  Someday we hope to have a home there.  In the meantime, we’ll be hosting retreats in that area.  The first one is Summer 2015.  Keep your eye on the Events page for more information soon.

Your turn.  I’d love to hear your story!
Shoot me an email and tell me about you.
